Each region you pillage bumps up your exploration level and hands out extra goodies on the side—sweet, right? The six Frost Moon Seals aren’t pooled together, though. Three are earmarked for the Moontide Sea Treasure Site, and the other three are for the Lunar Highlands Treasure Site. Mix them up and the gate stays shut, so don’t even try it.

Grab the first three seals

The initial trio comes from Dunnana Forward Station, Moontide Sea, and Dark Side Of The Moon. Here’s the lowdown:

• Dunnana Forward Station: Technically it sits just outside Frost Moon on the map, but its chests count toward the Curtain-Form Blackbody Containment Lab exploration meter. Clear out the puzzles and enemy camps here to snag a Precious or Luxurious chest—one of the seals could be sitting inside. No sweat, just follow the quest breadcrumbs and you’ll stumble upon it.

• Moontide Sea: This little island cluster hides three Precious and two Luxurious chests. Two of them pop up right after you wrap up the Pioneers Quest. The Shrine of Depths on the northern island gives you another, and if you crack the hidden Transit Station puzzle, you’ll walk away with the remaining chests. Honestly, the puzzle is pretty chill—just pay attention to the glowing doohickeys.

• Dark Side Of The Moon: Two chests, simple as that. One’s perched on Moonheart Chasm and the other down at Darkside Base: Transport Level. Both are reachable during normal exploration without any head-scratching platforming. Easy peasy.

Once you’ve pocketed those three seals, you can unlock the Moontide Sea Treasure Site. Teleport to Curtain-Form Blackbody Containment Lab and glide over to the western island, or just open your inventory and hit the Locate button under Precious Items. Inside you’ll bag yourself some stellar artifacts and a big grin.

Now for the Lunar Highlands hoard

Lunar Highlands is the beefy region, and it’s where the remaining three seals live. Break it down into bite-sized zones so you don’t get overwhelmed. I listed the chest hotspots below—go in order and you’ll clean house in no time.

• Ungien’s Circle: Nine Precious and Luxurious chests, mostly at ground level. Pop open your map and mark them; it’s basically a treasure piñata.

• Skymount: Two chests you nab automatically during the Pioneers Quest. Can’t miss ’em.

• Space Lifeform Capture Station: Two Precious chests floating around in outer space. Yes, outer space. Snezhnaya’s tech is wild.

• Kalag Guarding Grounds: Beat the enemies that spawn during the advanced validation stage, and a Precious chest spawns as a reward for your trouble.

• Lunar Highlands South Western Island: A Luxurious chest inside a Shrine of Depths. Key required, obviously.
